By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (including any modification/ alteration/ change/ deletion in this Agreement from time to time by astrosavvy.in). In case you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, please do not use services of AstroSavvy.

All agreements, terms, and conditions on this website are governed by the following terminology: 

“Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the person who logs on to this website. 

All references to “We, "us", "ourselves", "ours", and "the company" refer to the owner company of the www.AstroSavvy.in website. The “website” or “AstroSavvy” refers to www.astrosavvy.in , the website and all the content and services offered on this domain along with its associates www.kpstarone.com.

The terms "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refer to both our client and ourselves. 

The “Content” shall mean astrological content, reports, data available on or through the website, telephone & email consultations.

The “Services” shall mean any Service, “Free” or “Paid”,  or any Product requested/ ordered by You on the website. 

Accordingly, all terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary for us to assist the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's stated needs for the Company's stated services, according to and subject to, prevailing Indian laws. When using the above terminology, as well as other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, or he/she or they, they are taken as interchangeable and therefore referring to the same thing.

AstroSavvy provides astrological content, reports, data, telephone & email consultations via the Internet, Telephony and electronic mail. Although portions of the Content may be viewed simply by visiting the AstroSavvy.in website the "Free Services" and "Paid Service" without membership registration, in order to access the personalized astrological zone and/or receive additional Content and Services from the website, the "Paid” Services", You are required to register as a member of Website to receive these Paid Services. 

The membership registration is also must if the Client wants to buy certain Items for astrological use by paying requisite amount for the same. In consideration for the Services, the Member agrees to:

1. Provide truthfully current, complete, and accurate information about Member as prompted to do so by the website;  and
2. All information that We request and You provide during original sign-up, and all updates thereto, hereinafter referred to as "Registration Data”, shall be maintained and updated as required, to keep it current, complete and accurate during the currency of membership. 

The individuals, who can legitimately enter into legally binding contracts under applicable laws and warrants to abide by these “Terms & Conditions”, only are eligible. The Membership is void, where it is prohibited by governing laws. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services are not meant to be used by minors or temporarily/ indefinitely suspended member.

Upon registration, with your email-ID and/or Mobile Phone number on the Website website you will be allocated an account and all your data shall be stored with that account.  Every login shall need to be authenticated by an OTP sent to your mobile. You are entirely responsible for any transaction or services request or order placed from your account. You are responsible for all transactions/ uses of Your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. In case of loss of Mobile, you may send an email to us for suspension of your account. You agree that Your account, EMAILID, and password cannot be used another party. You agree to immediately notify AstroSavvy of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security known to You. We shall not be held responsible for any loss arising out of misuse of your account, whatsoever.

 In order to ensure that Website is able to provide high quality services, respond to your needs, and comply with laws, You hereby consent to our employees, operators &  associates and law enforcement agencies being able to access Your account and records on a case-by-case basis to examine objections or different claims or other allegations or suspected abuse. 

 Privacy is very important to us, and Our Privacy Policy, updated from time to time, is  available on the Website and forms integral part of these Terms and Conditions. We may amend Our Privacy Policy from time to time pursuant to the terms for amending these Terms and Conditions.

We may modify/ discontinue (in whole or in part) the Services or Your account with us, with or without notice, without specifying any reason and without any liability against us, any other user, or any third party. The company reserve the right to terminate Your account immediately, without limiting the foregoing, if:

(a)   We are unable to verify Your Registration Data/ other information provided by You, or

(b)   We believe that Your actions may cause legal liability to us, or all/ any of our other users, or 

(c)   We believe that You have 

(i)    provided false or misleading Registration Data/ other information, 

(ii)   interfered with other users rights or the administration of the Services, or 

(iii)  violated these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.

a.  The services are provided "as-is" and with all faults. No responsibility is assumed by the company for availability (or lack thereof), timeliness (or lack thereof), deletions, mis-delivery, or failure to store member communications or personalization settings;

b.  The website may delete email or account, including the information they contain, if an account has been inactive for ninety (90) days or more;

c.   You use the services at your own risk, and you are responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that occurs as a result of downloading such material and/or data;
